AKS have always been about quality when we were only a school, and that hasn't changed now we have a kite shop. In fact, the Retail Truck and online kite shop side of the business is so exciting because we can select the range of gear we carry from scratch and have decided to only align ourselves only with products we are happy riding. The best kites do not always come from the biggest names. It didn't take us long to find some brands who were passionate about the sport and produced gear that was groundbreaking in performance characteristics, with the quality of workmanship and materials equal to the best.
So below is a short summary of some of the major Brands and Models we carry in the truck for demo and purchase. AKS retail is owned by a passionate kiter who knows performance and quality gear. We only want to see you on the best and most appropriate gear, so we offer you only stuff we'd purchase and ride ourselves.

KITES
At AKS we appreciate good kites and have found a selection of kites which are all a bit different from each other. Some 5-Line, some SLE and some Hybrid in design, all are excellent performance kites. But we don't want you to believe what we tell you, we want you to try the kites for yourself and make up your own mind. If you like our service, simply tell your friends, if not, tell us and we'll try and make it better.
We have boosting, Speed and "Old School" kites - Ozone Edge II, Airush Vapor II, and North Rhino.
We have Wave specific kites - Ozone Instinct Light II, Airush DNA and North Rebel.
And we also have the general freestyle kites - Airush Flow FT, Ozone Instinct Sport II and North Rebel or North Vegas.

The truck also carries a wide assortment of spare parts, accessories trainer kites and DVD's as well as a host of other items for repairs and maintenance. It is more than valuable when you consider we are open till late every day after all the others have closed. Thik about it for daylight savings if you break a line at 4.45pm when we have wind and sun till 8pm!
