Can I get public liability insurance? PDF Print Email
Once you have got all your gear, and had some lessons, its a great idea to get some public liability insurance by either purchasing a policy from the AKS or iko or joining the WAKSA (West Australian Kite Surfing Association). It is a no brainer, it is illegal to drive a car without public liability, what makes you think you don't need it on a kite capable of speeds up to 90kmh with no brakes?
