The Heart Attack was one of the first board off moves to make a stir with the kiting community. Start off as you would in Tip #23 but as you reach down for the board, slide your feet out and leave the board pointing down at the water and kick your legs and body to invert by pulling in on the control bar with your front hand and reverse curling the bar down against your legs. Once you are upside down, take a peek at the water and then it's time to return to right way up and crouch up to put the board back on your feet. Land the jump as per a normal board off. Variations are holding the tail of the board and pointing it straight down (more difficult).
