For some time Australian Kiteboarding School has had a small selection of school related retail to aid customers in their learning and progression. We had small items such as DVD's, Books and also a limited selection of trainer kites. However, in 2007, after much insistense from our customers to provide a more "one stop shop", we made the decision to divide our business into two seperate parts (School and Retail) We did this by expanding our retail products to include a full range of kiteboarding and land kiting equipment and moved it out of the trailer on the beach to it's own premises .... a big white truck also by the beach!  Subtle Retail Now our retail shop is filled with everything from Sea Specs polarized sunglasses and 44+ sunscreen, to boards and kites, harnesses, spare parts, padding and helmets and every conceivable gadget wind and kite sport related. To ensure we carry good supply and choice for our customers, we stock multiple brands and multiple models of all major items. We have carried on our tradition of only dealing with quality suppliers offering the best and most proven reliable products. To this end we promote both Ozone, Airush and this year North Kites and Boards, as well as Airush boards, Flying Objects and Pat Love harnesses and accessories, MBS and Ground Industries mountainboards and a large range of assorted peripheral products to complete our product range.  AKS Retail bits This doesn't sound too different to many other shops until you consider our shop comes to you so you can test all equipment at the beach before you buy it! Our shop is mounted on wheels in the guise of a huge, white, 7 tonne Isuzu Truck/Van. We are usually found at Pinnaroo Point but also travel to other beaches to allow demos of new equipment. Being at the beach means we are always available if you have a breakage or loss, every windy day. We are open until the sun goes down most days and can be called out if it's not windy at no charge.
