The best way to learn the skills required to be a competent kiteboarder is to practice. By flying the Ozone IMP 2.5m Trainer kite for as many hours as possible before taking a lesson with us (we recommend 12-15 hrs), you will have a thorough understanding of the key principals involved in the sport. By watching the "How to" DVD, you'll understand even further, the intricacies and ins and outs of the lesson procedure and exercises you'll learn. You can always use the Vision book as a reference manual to increase your understanding of the sport at any time as it is the most thorough reference book on the sport of Kiteboarding.
This is a great way to fill in the time especially over winter and to hone your kite skills to maximise the benefits of live teaching with an instructor on a ful size kite when the season resumes in October.
This Pack is not meant to be a replacement for lessons but instead is an excellent prelude to lessons. Now there's no reason not to get started right away.
