The Airush Switch has been in the Airush Lineup since the beginning, but it has undergone some serious changes over the past 6 years. The Switch is engineered for simple versatility and strength whilst still offering a nice effortless ride. This years Switch has the now familiar concave bottom to flat in the tail and much more pronounced flex. The flex gives a super smooth ride through even the choppiest conditions. Good upwind ability and nice to carve, no spray from the front foot noticeable. The Switch really is a soooooth ride!
The Switch comes in three sizes of 132 x 40, 138 x 42 and 144 x 44 and Switch Exile in 144 x 46. The construction is biotech which is vertical wood core with laminates of triaxial glass layups to give awesome flex and a smooth as silk ride. With the flex comes the ability to absorb hard landings. The auto fit foot pads and footstraps make keeping the board on your feet both easy and comfortable.
The Switch comes with Wake fins for great lift at slower speeds and a swept back trailing edge for easier 'breakout' when transitioning.
